General Information

MAST Americas 2010 will be the first US-based conference and exposition in the renowned MAST event series.

Since 2006, MAST has annually united the major shareholders of global maritime security and defence to discuss and debate future maritime capability requirements and concepts, and consider in-the-pipeline and state-of-the-art enabling technologies.

MAST Americas is organized by a committee, rooted in the core MAST committee responsible for past MAST events: an influential team of respected government, research/academia, and industry decision makers.

MAST Americas aims to deliver the essential bi-ennial North American event at which: key security and defense issues are tackled by world-leading authorities in surface, undersea and integrated systems environments; and enabling technologies (at research, development or deployment stages) are presented by innovative suppliers.

Putting a considerable breadth of topics and technology in the spotlight, from both operational/policy and technological standpoints, MAST Americas aims to attract as diverse an audience as now expected of the brand: MAST’s ‘three tier’ audience ranging from military planners/capability managers/chiefs of staff/end users/policy makers to procurement executives/naval and defense attachés/ambassadors to senior engineers/technical directors/scientists.

The first bi-ennial MAST Americas will take place at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, Washington, DC between Tuesday 22nd and Thursday 24th June 2010.
