We offer a full refund policy, up until 31st August 2010.
After the 31st August 2010 cancellations will be subject to a 20% administration charge. Should you be unable to attend the conference for unavoidable reasons, you may nominate a substitute delegate and in these circumstances the above administration charge will be waived.
Once the conference has started, you will NOT be entitled to a refund in part or full.
If you wish to apply for a refund, please call or email us as soon as possible.
